Some people list their computer(s) in their signature. There are also posts about motherboards that work. Both Mac and pc work with thunderbolt 3 now, make sure you get compatible gear.

Some people here have a Zbook with Thunderbolt 3, mine only has Thunderbolt 2 (a 2 year old model i think). Check the list on UAD's site, i just asked them yesterday about any updates to this list since a few of these are not even available any more. The reply: "We haven't updated the list here because we haven't done any additional in-house testing since then, when those models were current.

I don't recommend waiting for that list to be updated, because I don't even know if there are plans to update it at all.

The exclusion of newer boards does not mean that they won't work, though, only that we haven't tested them ourselves.

At this point, if it has TB3 on the motherboard and connects via built in TB3/USB-C ports then it is expected to be compatible. Running the latest BIOS updates and properly configuring Thunderbolt in the BIOS will be important steps to consider as well."
