We shall see…but it is good to see they are going out if their way to say they really did model both units, as I understand they do sound different. Waves did both, but you can tell they only had the 670, since both plugins have the -20 to 0 dB input range (660 is ∞ to 0 dB). Similarly, it seems like BF folks only had the 660, since both of their Fairchild plugins have the ∞ to 0 dB range.

How do I feel about v7.4?
I will like to quote Russ Hughes from the Pro Tools Expert Blog.....

I have Apollo Quad and 26 UAD plugins but I have upgraded to Pro Tools 11 and UAD is all I am waiting for to continue full work, AAX64 quickly please and I will buy the new plugs.

2 weeks to use any plug-in for free is an amazing deal.bought, forgetting the demo open, and realized this only means bonus demo time!!
which i think made me happier than the plug i'd just bought
So, the mix knob is inside the plug-in, that's interesting.
The little features are indeed making this into one heck of a comp.
