So, it looks like you're both on Mountain Lion. I wonder if that has something to do with it.

I haven't seen this on any other systems, and since both of you are in the same boat, that seems suspicious...

Since we don't test or support it, I'm not sure what can be done about it. I'll look into it an let you know.

I also have a Mountain Lion machine at home and I will test it next week.

    Thanks for the info!

    UAD ANTARES AUTO_TUNES

    Here's what I can confirm:

In 10.8.5 Auto-Tune is missing from Console.
In 10.8.5 Auto-Tune is gives an error that it's missing and it does not work in PT10 or PT12 (whether using Apollo or PCIe).

    In 10.9.5 Auto-Tune works in Console, PT10, and PT12.

Installed files appear to be identical on both versions.

The summary, unfortunately, is Auto-Tune Realtime is currently incompatible with OS 10.8.5.

Wow - that's really good to know. Thanks, Matt!

Aside from AutoTune, have you seen any other issues with 10.8.5? Any other missing plug-ins etc?

This is one of the cases where the best solution is to know where the problems are and stay away from them as we aren't testing or developing for it.

In a perfect world, everything would work as expected on the older OS, but not totally unexpected to find issues with it.

    Thanks for looking at it!

    GK, everything else works properly.

There's one more thing I'm about to try, but then I have to get back to these mixes so I can get paid.

Thanks for confirming Matt. Everything else works for me too in v9.2 on 10.8.5. Just the AT errors. As soon as I'm done mixing this current album I'm gonna clone, whipe and install Yosemite!

Auto-Tune Realtime isn't compatible with 10.8.5. Hopefully it's a simple installation issue that just doesn't fully register AT on 10.8 and it's an easy fix. Otherwise, I don't have hopes it'll get addressed. G****s!

Thanks for doing the research, Matt!

I'll bring it up, but I can't promise it will be addressed. Fingers crossed!

10.9.5 will work. Honestly, it's stable enough, but I really miss the color coding of folders integrated into finder. When you're having to manage a lot of projects. Clients don't like to see you fumbling around trying to find their folders and files.
