I recently moved my quad satellite to the studio I work at full time, as opposed to my home studio.
We have a 2012 Mac Pro Quad 2.7, SSD System, SSD Sessions, Pro Tools HD2 Version 9.0.6 (1056 HW Buffer), 24 GB DDR3 1667 ram OSX 10.6.8, UAD 7.3 with load lock turned on.
I tried dumping the system preferences, I made sure the system was optimized, I removed all external FW devices that were not needed, and I am still getting this -38 error message, which is frustrating. I really rely on the UAD plugs for mastering, and mixing. I would hate to have this sitting at home instead of at work!
