Exclamation UAD Plugins are unresponsive in Pro Tools 10 HD

    Hi everyone,

I recently purchased my Apollo 8p about 2 weeks ago. I have used the plugins (the ones I have authorized) and they work fine in UAD's Console software and Logic Pro 9. However, I insert a plug in Pro Tools and it's like if it's bypassed. It's like the signal doesn't go into the plugin.

I have Pro Tools HD 10.3.9

If anyone has any idea or has encounter this issue I'd appreciate any help!
    Thanks!

Do you have session sound in your pro tools session meaning that your apollo is recognized ?

I do have audio in my session. I can pull the Console software and load UAD plugins and record them onto Pro Tools but when I insert a UAD plugin pro tools I move all the knobs and I don't hear any changes.

do you see signal on the channel's metres ? Are you sure you have the console seeings set correctly for the version of protools you are running ?

Yes I have signal and I can hear all of the audio in each channel. I tried other plugins and they work completely fine. If I put a UAD plugin in a channel, I can still hear the audio but once I try to engage some of the settings or move the knobs nothing happens. And pretty positive I have them set correctly cuz I don't get any error messages or anything like that.

Does it possibly say Enable Demo on the bottom of the GUI?

I wish it did cuz that would be easy! But I'm only using the plugins I already have authorized.

It works fine in Logic Pro 9 and that daw is 32 bit and UAD plugs work.
