Apollo Twin BPM issue with DAW (Ableton, Logic)

I recently purchased Apollo Twin Solo and facing an issue:
Initially once I've opened some of my old projects it started produce pops and clicks which happening when cpu is overloaded (DSP processor - 12%, CPU of Computer in Ableton 20%) please note All this projects were working perfectly with my previous audio interface.

Currently when Im creating new project and recording signal from external gear its working fine and BPM seems matched. DSP 12%, I didn't even insert any of UAD pugins
When metronome is turned on its plays very slow, I think in two times slower then it should be
Every loop which Im uploading is playing very sloow!

I tried to open the project in Logic X and have the same issue, also I got override in Logic regarding the fact that sample rate is not recognized by Logic and cannot be synced with Audio interface.

I tried to change sample rates, even if they are matching no success, Please help!!! I spent all the day trying to fix this issue, and very disappointed of my purchase as never experienced such problems

(Im running OSX Mavericks on Macbook Pro late 2013)

Can you list the gear in your setup. Are you connecting digitally to anything? The fact that your click is playing at a different than expected speed makes me think you might have some kind of clocking issue going on. I'm wondering if you have 2 pieces of gear both set as the master clock?

Elektron machinedrum as master clock midi out, and external desktop synth MIDI in,
But there is no midi in Apollo twin, so there is no sync with computer. Clock in UAD console settings is set to internal. EXT button doesn't switched in Ableton.

Besides your MIDI stuff are you connecting any other digital audio gear? Other interfaces, effects?

No, only Apollo Twin is connected.
BTW yesterday it was working ok almost full day and near the evening again a lot of crackle, came. DSP was loaded for 28%, after restart it begin to work again. Is it normal? What I should do? In case of Live performance I will not have a possibility to relaunch it every 3 hours...

No, it's not normal. It's time to call UA customer support. Their phone support is really great.
