Is UA using call center support now ?

Things seemed to of, ummm "changed" recently. I'm open to discussing this with UA management if they wish to pm me.

Hi there. UA doesn't officially monitor the forum. This is a user forum created by Matt Hepworth. Gannon from UA does pop in to lend a very helpful hand as much as he can, but it remains an "unofficial" forum.

I've only had but great experiences with UA customer service, even for the Nth demo reset ;) What is the current issue? Anything the community can assist you with? Cheers, Dan

My expereience with UA's Customer Service has always been very good.

+1 also ... my experience has always been top-notch.

I'm wondering - if you were redirected to a call center (?) - this was probably after-hours? Just a guess. Never had to deal with a call center when calling Universal Audio, but I always call during business hours.
