Hi there. UA doesn't officially monitor the forum. This is a user forum created by Matt Hepworth. Gannon from UA does pop in to lend a very helpful hand as much as he can, but it remains an "unofficial" forum.Things seemed to of, ummm "changed" recently. I'm open to discussing this with UA management if they wish to pm me.

My expereience with UA's Customer Service has always been very good.
+1 UA support is great. The only problem I've ever had was a long wait on the phone to get through, and this is only since the Twin came out and Sales went through the roof!Same here.
