OMG wouldn't it be awesome to have this in our Apollo rigs! I would buy it just for the SVT Bass amp patch alone!

A few more useful boxes like that would make things easier for people working ITB. You might try the classic in hardware. Couple hundred used.

I like your thinking, though.

We really need some decent guitar FX, that's the biggest hole in their lineup IMO. The Softube amps are OK, the BX stuff...not so much. With realtime Apollo, I would hope this would be a priority.

I'd jump on a UAD SamsAmp. I use the Pro Tools one often in parallel on Bass, although I usually get what I'm looking for, it goes "digital" too quick of you know what I mean. Would like more mojo out of it. I have since replaced it with the Moog Filter (for distortion)

An Avalon U5 would be great as well

Well Santa is bringing me a Sansamp RBI for Christmas, it would still be a very welcome addition to have a Sansamp Plugin for the Apollo!
Maybe for 2015??

Dude the BX stuff is awesome if you bypass the pre emulation and just use the poweramp emulation with mic / speaker. I love those plugins for that! Use my marshall head effects out into those and they sound fantastic! I'm so grateful for those plugs for this feature.

I agree, it would be an awesome plug-in.

I also agree with the sentiment that UA needs more pedals. You can never have too many pedals.

Likewise....
+1 for me! Its funny, when I saw this post I said "Let me add my +1 to this thread" then I thought why not respond to the OP. When I went back to the first post I laughed when I saw it was I who had started this like 3 years ago! Well I got tired of waiting and went out and got a Sansamp RBI (Which is wonderful) Then they came out withe SVTs, the B15N and the Eden. But I would still love to have the original Sansamp in a plugin!

No offense, but why not just purchase a real one?
They are like $150.

I bet the UA sales dept is probably seeing a trend that when a plugin is the same price as the actual hardware unit, it doesn't sell all that well.
But maybe I could be wrong.

Having said all that....it would kinda still be cool to see a sansamp ;)

Because hardware fails. Hardware doesn't recall well and hardware doesn't travel well. There are reasons some mixers use plugin emulations over their racks which they have sitting behind them.
