插件授权错误

我的声卡是阿波罗双USB 买了朋友的共享插件,然后必须用梯子才可以刷新插件,因为声卡也是收的二手的,所以现在不知道声卡出了什么问题,就是刷新插件提示授权错误,绑定二手设备的时候也必须要开梯子才可以

Welcome! You will want to open a ticket with UA customer support. Normally, a second hand unit needs to be transferred out by the old owner so the new owner can register it.

首先你使用的是所谓的“共享”插件,你应该会了解这样做的风险。Apollo或者说任何UAD-2的设备都是和原来的用户绑定在一起的,一旦他们转移了设备的所有权,所有他们插件都会离线。其次,这是一个由用户运营的论坛。大家会尽力帮你,但这种技术性的问题我认为还是交给客户支持解决最好。

然后用英语问他你要问的问题。如果你得不到答案他会给你一个联系客户支持的表,填你的邮箱和名字,以及简略总结你的问题就可以了。

are you sure about this? the FAQ (yes, I know, but there has got to be ONE person that reads though this, if no other reason than spell checking, right!) states this is ONLY required IF (all) plug-ins are to be transferred with the device.

... clear as mud, UA style, to be fair, so it's likely neither of us, or FAQ, is 100% on point and it likely depends on the direction of the wind on that particular night ;)

I had to on the last unit I sold. It's an option right in the account.
