12 days no response

I opened a support ticket 12 days ago with a simple problem I purchased the guitar bundle and typed the wrong email all I need is to have them add my bundle to my ilok account so I can activate how long do have to wait till I even get a response

I also opened a second support ticket (657475ac8d43c3dc50d00b43) because no reply for over 12 days on the first one
maybe Someone can look into the problem here real quick: I bought the essentials bundle with polymax synth being part of it, but there’s no polymax anywhere to be found…Apollo 8 quad with 2 satellites plus newest software/firmware

Polymax is an UADx plugin (native), have you downloaded UA Connect?
