Good evening. I've been practicing Ableton for over 15 years, especially in live performances.Recently bought a Volt476 and connected it to my 2013 Mac Pro (trash can))) 8 core intel xeon e5 3ghz 32gb ram
Everything was installed correctly (all inputs and outputs were registered correctly), the program sees the card at all stages in Ableton, there is sound, all internal sound signals and instruments work, but it does not see input signals from external devices.
Moreover, the input indicators work on the card and I hear the signal in headphones and monitors, but they are not in Ableton.
I know for sure that everything is connected correctly and this is not the first audio card; I had about 20 different ones and this has never happened before.
Monterey operating system- system settings-privacy-microphone-Ableton missing.
I also don’t see a microphone line in the upper left corner of the soundbar.
the card was connected via UA Connect and all updates were made.
I tried everything - reinstalling Ableton and even the operating system. Nothing helps.
there are no input signals and that’s it... hemorrhoids... please help me figure it out
P.S. installed ableton macbook air 2015 big sur - everything works and in the second photo you can see how the system recognizes ableton in the microphone line.
