Accidentally purchased twice

Hi all

I accidentally purchased a UA Plug In twice and I have been searching the main UA website for a way to seek a credit towards my next purchase. Either I am looking right at it or its REALLY tough to find the best way to contact Customer Support.

Can anyone help? Appreciate it in advance.

This happened to me once and it was the day I realized I had more plugins than I could ever use :ROFLMAO:

This happened to me a couple weeks ago at the beginning of the big sales. I contacted tech support as @klasaine describes. Instead of waiting for a response (you can't type much of a description in the chat), I went to my UAD account's support ticket section and added the specifics to the ticket. It took a bit to get a response (14 days), but they offered to cancel the order and refund the card.

You'll have to be patient, but they'll take care of you.

I did not think this was possible, as you can't add more than 2 of an item the cart which should be = not be able to purchase twice. Since you are offered "deals" depending on previous purchases, it's obviously connected to your account. Doesn't make sense to me 🤔
