Account and promo frustration

Hello!

I registered the Project Pak yesterday.The plan was to get one plug-in at
reduced price since there is 50 dollar promo coupon for every Project
Pak.
At the same time my email provider had technical difficulties,and I did not
receive any confirmation email or that promo coupon.I have sent several
messages to UA from different email addresses,but there is no reply.I`ve tried to change the registered email address ,but system gives error message.
This whole situation is extremely frustrating.If I don`t get that promo coupon,it is like burning 50 dollars. :cry:

Everything is fine now and I received that $50 coupon.The UA changed
the registered login email and now everything works like it should be.
Good service! :D

What do we learn from this?
Make sure that your login email works at the time of registration.
