I know if you leave your first card in and then install the second one you can not demo plugins that have been demo'ed already, but what if you remove the first then install the second then install the first? would that let you run the demos again.

I would LOVE to demo the plate 140 again because i am trying to decide between it and the dreamverb.

If I was you, I would kindly contact UA support, via email, and explain that you just got a 2nd card and would like to be able to re-visit some particular plugin demo's, for possible purchase. I know they have re-activated demo's, in the past, for user's, on request.

Agreed. I'm not as big a fan of the Plate 140 as baronluigi is but it's far better than Dreamverb.

if the Neve doesnt come out before I get the $ together sounds like the EMT is the way to go for reverb... I did like the spring verb on the Space Echo.

I dunno, the Plate 140 is my fav reverb plugin, outstanding for plates, but I also use the DreamVerb a lot, when I want/need to model a reverberant environment. I like also, that it has about 100+ quality presets available, as well. It was not until I watched the excellent DreamVerb tutorial video, that I really began to understand the GUI and how to create unique spaces, with it.
