Adding New Plugins (unable to load Device err 13 )

have just added two plugins to my uad-1 cards Plate 140 and Plutec Pro.
Unfortunately i cannot use them and have had further problems since.
I have two uad-1 cards on a G5 Single 1.8 Mac OS X 10.4.4 with the latest uad-1 update.
I have copied the reg. file to uad-1 meter succesfully. Load my host program (Cubase SX 3)
load the Plate 140 and get this error message

Sorry one or more power plugins have been disabled the uad is not responding

The plugin was unable to load
Device error.(Err=13)

I have reinstalled the update also taken off the cpu limit swaped the cards around and no joy.
After this same song i was working on which i tried the Plate 140 came with an error message.

I never really had any problems with my cards (4yrs) bought these plugins for a session and really need to use the, i'll be glad if
some could mail me with a solution

Please throw these three files into the trash and delete them! Then restart...

on re-start with no programs running open the UAD-1 Meter and then close it!
