Aggregate audio device not working

Hello,
I have two FireWire interfaces: Mackie Onyx and Motu 828 mk2. Luna ignores aggregate decide made in Apple Audio Midi setup and claims it can be done inside Luna’s preferences. Ok, I checked them, named ins and outs. But when I create audio track I can see only Motu inputs. Any idea how to get all inputs, please?

Did you click Apply once you checked the boxes?

Yes. Very first tab - hardware. Then I have both devices in the second tab, I named them but only Motu appears in channel’s input.
Both devices are visible in other daws (as apple aggregate devices).
yeah, I've never seen a device that LUNA wouldn't aggregate. But I've never tried a FW device.

Be sure to get a ticket open with Support, maybe they'll have things for you to try. Go to help.uaudio.com, click on the Support bot icon in the lower right corner and type “create ticket”

thanks but getting UA support is impossible. Bot cannot help, trying to open a ticket is an infinite loop.
