Any reason I should install 4.7.1 ?

I'm running 4.7 now and with the exception of a few load balancing issues which I have been able to cure by various means, things are working nicely. Does 4.7.1 cure the load balancing? I also saw a post about CPU munching being cured. when did this happen, or is this related to load balancing?

Sorry if these have been answered here somewhere. I seldom show up unless I've got a problem or solution to a problem to post here so I'm usually behind the curve.
