In REAPER you can disable PDC on any track, so for example you can monitor a track that has a send to an AUX track that has a latency-inducing reverb, but the origin track is not delayed by this.
In LUNA, you can do the "ARM" thing with AUX tracks which is great for UAD2 reverb plugins, but it would be nice if you monitor a "dry" track with zero latency AND here a non-UAD2 reverb plugin all within LUNA.
