Hello, I'm from Ukraine, I ordered a "UAD Apollo Twin X Quad"

I really wanted to activate it before the end of the "Apollo Desktop + Free Plug-Ins Promo" promotion

to get -

UAD Essentials Edition Plug-In Bundle

+ Neve 1073 Preamp & EQ
+ Helios Type 69 Preamp & EQ Collection

but due to problems at the border, my parcel may not arrive on time until the 31st... is it possible to get these plugins on the promotion when I activate the device, after the 31st.. maybe -2-3 january (when it arrives to me UAD Apollo Twin X)

Sorry to disturb you like that, I have the same issue. I've bought an UAD Apollo Twin X in december and only got it today, and I don'thave the free Plug-Ins Promo sadly. Should I open a ticket too ?
