This is my first experience with Universal Audio. What a journey over the last several days and I haven't even gotten to use what I've purchased. I have been back and forth with UA support all week up until this point. But I can't seem to get past this last step. Background: I purchased a second hand Apollo 8x heritage edition. After several hurdles getting the hardware and transferred, I now have control over the seller's UA account (thanks to seller providing it to me) and have the hardware associated back to that account so I can transfer the hardware and plugins to my own UA account. However, my hardware + plugins transfer is blocked by the iLok step. It says: "Deactivate plugins for iLok account XXXXXX locations: Cloud:XXXXX’s MacBook Pro". "xxxxx" represent private info redacted. The seller tells me that the iLok licenses aren't even showing as activated on his iLok portal. Any ideas to get this completed?
