Apollo shipped box damage by fed ex.

@UniversalAudio my b stock X6 shipping box was damage in transit by FedEx. Do you think the rack unit UA foam is enough to protect it from any damage that could have occurred or shipping box getting wet? Obviously, this is hard to access from pics - I don't have the technical means to access internal damage or moisture myself.

That looks pretty minimal in the pics. There is about 2" between the box and the unit itself.

Have you completely unboxed it?

Only opened the the lid - just a tad concerned and thought I'd reach out. Underwhelming delivery vs the excitement tho.

I've had approx 16 Apollos shipped to me the same as you just got yours (outer box protecting the factory box) and all was always well.

Drew. Finally set up the x6 in a new side car. Only came with a Uk adopter. Will any IEC C13 work? The dealer has to open a case before supplying a new one and I'd like to grab one locally before then. The power brick seems to be the stand rack one.

Sure. It's the standard IEC cable.

Hosa 14 AWG, IEC C13 to NEMA 5-15P - should work

If your custom rigid boxes got damaged during shipping by FedEx, it's important to check if the rack unit UA foam inside is enough to protect it from any harm or if the shipping box got wet. Unfortunately, just from looking at pictures, it's tough to tell if there's any internal damage or moisture. You might need someone with technical know-how to inspect it properly.
