Can somebody please help me. I can’t get help from UAD and I’ve tried everything. I’m trying to connect my new Apollo twin X Quad to my windows computer but it won’t connect or appear in the sound outputs. I’ve updated my bios/drivers and tinkered with the settings on everything to no prevail. I’m highly considering buying a thunderboltex expansion card but I’m not sure if I’ll just be wasting my money. These are my current motherboard and processor specs and I’m running on windows 10 64bit. I have a USB C port in the back of my coMputer but not sure if it’s thunderbolt or if I need to get an expansion card

Your motherboard doesnt have Thunderbolt but it seems to have a connection for the thunderbolt header. With that said you need a thunderbolt pci-e card.
