Hi.
This has me baffled, and I am suspecting that I may have a bad channel on my Apollo Twin Duo 3.0 USB for Windows.
I have 2 XLR microphones, one in each channel. Everything is working fine on Channel 1, and the signal goes as it should to my Adobe Audition DAW. But when switched to Channel 2 , the level meter shows an active signal from the microphone, but unlike Channel 1, the record signal is flatlined in my Adobe Audition DAW.
I turned off all Windows sounds, as directed in the software manual, and did a factory reset on the Apollo Twin, but cannot record from Channel 2. I'm not sure how one channel can work, and the other not, unless I have a dead channel. I have opened a ticket with UA, but thought I'd give it a shot on here to see if this has happened to anyone else. I also switched the microphones to confirm that it is not a cable, but the level meter on the Apollo Twin wouldn't be active if it was bad anyways. Any suggestions are appreciated.
