Apollo twin MKii Thunderbolt not passing any I/O audio

Channel 1 and high-z have not worked for a long time it only sounded like random wind noise coming through. Tonight channel 2 had the same type of wind noise (Shhhhh Crackle) kind of noise then no sound passed through anything. Can someone tell me how to send this unit in for service? The device powers on and the output meters work but no sound output, or input. Please help.

Try a factory reset. If that doesn’t work, you can try UA support by scrolling down the page of the link and hitting contact. But since it’s out of warranty, you may have better luck with a 3rd party repair service such as https://www.dbmproaudio.com/universal-audio-authorized-repair/
