Apollo Twin Quad randomly prepared for transfer out of account

I recently bought some plugins during the Xmas sale. When I went to reauthorize the plugins, it disabled everything on my Apollo. It mentioned the unit was in the process of being transferred out of the system. I transferred out an old apollo last summer-ish, but the current Apollo was never meant to leave my account. Unfortunately, I am stuck in the water now, and have no clue when UA support will respond. Has anyone experienced this before?
