I purchased apollo twin usb, but I encountered problems during authorization. My friend told me that I should seek help from UA official support. UA official support needs to refresh or reset my device serial number before I can authorize it normally.
I have raised a ticket with UA support, but UA official human support responded with an AI message, which is not helpful to me, please help me!
