Apollo twin USB does not turn on

It happens yesterday, the device in new, less than 8 months of use. I replaced the power supply and it still does not turn on.
there is no smell of burning, I have no idea what could have happened but I'm still waiting an answer from the ticket I created.

Support aims for 48-72 hr response times, and they do not work weekends so look for a reply within that time frame. They're also quite backed up, so it'll likely be longer. Thanks for your patience.
