apollo twin x installing issues

Hello , I just bought the Apollo Twin X (thunderbolt)
I tried to install it for my Macbook pro and running into some issues here.
Once I get to the installation part where your computer restarts and it should take u to the next step to finish the process
I'm not allowed to move to the next step to finish the process I'm stuck on what to do ! I have uninstalled & reinstalled the software
I also went into the system preferences to Allow the app to be identified still isn't working.
UA connect plugins are all in red as of now I tried hitting authorize plug ins , and getting a message "No UAD Devices Found"
