Apollo Twin X QUAD- Inputs Buzzing/Humming + Not Receiving Signal

Hey All - I've owned an Apollo Twin X for about 2 years. I'm on an M1 Macbook Pro with Ventura and have followed correct installation procedures for the M1. After performing an update to SoundID, the inputs on the Apollo started producing a wicked hum/buzz with anything plugged into them, they also won't work with anything plugged in, line, mic, phantom power, etc. I ended up having to cancel a session that day (and will need to do the same today) because I cannot get them to work. I tried a fresh install of UAD software, hardware reset for the Apollo, unplugged everything, etc. Nothing's worked. I noticed the Twin also makes a very low level fluorescent bulb style hum when I put my ear close to the unit, I had never noticed that before. Any clue what could be causing this?

First thing I would try would be to uninstall SoundID since it sounds like the problem manifested itself after the update?

Uninstalling and reinstalling did not help the problem. Both inputs have a hum and are unusable. Really disappointed in UAD's customer support as well, I reached out 5 days ago and have not received a reply. After spending $3k between the interface and plugins, you'd think they care more about their customers, especially those of us who are depending on these tools to earn a living.

Close to two months later and still no solution. My best guess is this is a corrupt firmware issue but I've reinstalled and nothing seems to have changed. Does anyone have any other ideas? All of a sudden I can use Input 1 with a HiZ cable but still can't use mics with 48V

What has Support had you try so far? Have you been able to test the unit with another computer?
