Apollo x8p/Apollo twin routing

Hello friends !
My problem is that I don't get a signal on the mainout. My first device is the Apollo X8P and second Apollo Twin. The monitors are therefore connected to the x8p.
Monitors are on, volume is open, everything is plugged in. With the instrument in the mic/line/hiz I get a signal on the console. rms meter works. I can hear the signal with the headphones. consolesettings is default everything in the right place. When I look at cue outputs mirror to outputs, lineout 1+2 are assigned. I did a firmware update on both devices.
Does somebody has any idea?

Just to make sure...You plugged your monitors into the MON OUT L & R on the back of the x8p and not the line outs coming from the DB25 connector? Also, since you set our alt count to 1 make sure you aren't sending the audio down the alt out instead of the main out.

Just to complete this post, your line out 1 & 2 are afixed to send the alt out on them, which is why they can't be selected in Console. If you set your alt count to 0 that would free up those line outs.

thanks for your answer my monitors are plugged into the MON OUT L & R. and on the console I listen to the main out. I still can't hear anything on the monitors. Thanks for the tip to set the alt to 0. greetings lukas
