I'm on Sonoma 14.2.1 and there is no Universal Audio dir in Preferences directory in the Library dir nor .plist files :-( So nothing to delete...
I have reinstalled the driver and reboot but same problem. No line out 3 and 4 out...

Be sure you're in the User Library.

Hello Drew, you were right, I was in the wrong place. So I redid the installation and deletion of preferences in my space and now everything works! Thank you for your advice and your responsiveness.
