Apple keeps threatening that my audio driver will not be compatible with future os (apparently referencing: [arm64e com.uaudio.driver.UAD2System (10.2.2)]
they say
Legacy System Extension Existing software on your system loaded a system extension signed by Universal Audio which will
be incompatible with a future version of macOS.
Contact the developer for support.
my hardware is an Apollo 8p and Mac M1 mini 13.6.3

I had that message before I installed v11, and the message went away. Oddly, all of sudden, that message has returned - why?

You can install v11 of the UAD software, which is now compatible with Sonoma.
Thanks for your reply. I had problems with installing v11. The problems included not being able to see the list of plugins available when trying to add a plugin to an insert. the popup window would open with just a blacked out page where my plugins lives. yikes!

anyway those problems went away after I retrograded back to v10.2.2.12. I made a posting regarding this .

This happened to me today. TTBOMK, it doesn't really affect anything.
