APPLICATION TO RECEIVE THE MICROPHONE SPHERE INCLUDED IN THE OFFER.

Hello, unfortunately I cannot see where I can start the application to receive the microphone sphere included in the offer.
1) I bought the sound card from Thomann.de so I am sure I can take advantage of the offer. I spoke with them this morning and they confirmed that they are authorized UA retailers.
2) Made a bunch of changes in my privacy & security (mac) and the UAD software gave me the message of successful registration. You can see on my account that my card is registered correcly. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the software multiple times, but when I restart my browser never relaunches.
3) I know that during the registration process, the 3rd panel should appear and ask you to personalize your new Apollo and have a chance to book the sphere DLX microphone. This did not happen in my case
4) I made other attempts to reboot both the Apollo board and the computer but got no solutions

Exact same problem here! I am getting no replies from UA on this. I also followed all the process perfectly. No screen popped up to let me personalize. I bought the X8 to take advantage of the free mic from GAK

Thanks Drew, But because I believe that i did not regegister properly it wont let me do it. I have the invoice and I have assurances by GAK Uk the autorised seller that I am eligible. I enclose a screen shot. I can send the invoice to prove too. I have contacted rebates@uaudio.com but they are not answering. Could you give them a prod please. thanks
