Authorizations disappear when powering up Satellite with Apollo

I registered an Apollo - all my authorizations showed up in control panel. Then I registered a second device, a Satellite, and authorizations disappear. As soon as I power off the Satellite, the authorizations reappear in my control panel. Any ideas to what is going on?

FYI: when I registering the Satellite, i clicked to add it to the parent “Group 1” but it added it to “System 2” which is a subgroup of Group 1. Don’t know how that happened and tried to move it over to Group 1 without any success. ...wondering if this is a contributing factor.

Get with Support, you need them to both be in the same System

Get with Support, you need them to both be in the same System
So I created a ticket for a separate issue. When I went to create a 2nd ticket with the chatbot, it's not allowing me.
