As an analyisis tool great, but room anomolies are time based and excepting boundary bass boost EQ is not the answer.

EQing your direct sound to try and fix delayed indirect sound will only make things worse io the long run.

Absorption ( and to a lesser extent diffusion if youv'e a big room ) are the ways to fix room anomolies,.
