Background Audio/Luna

Protools user delving into Luna. Is background audio not allowed? All audio from the computer is muted when Luna is active.

Need more info. I do not see this here and it's not a known thing.

Perhaps you have your system audio coming back on Virtuals and they get muted when LUNA is launched? This is expected. You'll want to Isolate them.

curious @UniversalAudio what you mean by isolate them?? I have that issue as well where once in awhile we want to take a 10 min break but don't want to shut down luna but can't play iTunes.....ive lived with it and simply used 2 track input to for background music from a phone....but would be nice to have iTunes available......

Welcome!

I was a PT user for 20 years and switched to LUNA 4 years ago.

I have had some bumps and bruises along the way, but Drew and other people in this Forum have always been there to help. As always, UAD Support is standing by.

Hoping you find LUNA to be a great DAW. 🤘
