Are there any UAD Plugins that work as well/easy as the Boss GE-7?

For a graphic, the API 560.
*You do have get the 550 and 560 together though.

My current fave for electric guitar is the Trident A range eq.

As long as it is the UAD2 version, yes.

I haven’t Trident but I like Helios for guitar’s and bass. Only put 60 hz on and the beef is there!

Love it too.
Although I also have the Trident, I use it less than I thought. It's certainly great on guitars, need to check.

The question is what the EQ should do anyway.
I often turn the Helios down quite a bit in the 3-5 range for guitars.

I’ve never used it but if we’re locking it to only UAD it would be the precision EQ. Guitars need more cut than sauce from an EQ and if I can’t get nitty gritty with it, then the EQ will be useless.

i love using the Hitsville EQ on my Guitars Master Bus

for individual guitar tracks i like to reach out to Pulteq EQ, the Api Vision CS and the Helios CS, and sometimes the SSL CS, depends on the mood i am on that day yeah, today is an SSL kinda day
