Just one point I checked - Ultimate 7 is on offer at $2499 still, you have it at $3999.
U7 is definitely the cheapest way to get a lot of plugs for cheap.
The next best deal (in my opinion) is generally when the 10 bundle is 14 for the price of 10, and there's a discount on the price (around Christmas last year, IIRC).

If you are going to end up with a lot of UA plugs, it's better to buy in bulk.

Yes, I agree with buying in bulk if you want a lot of UA plugins which is what I did in June with the 13 for price of 10 at $999, especially for the pricier plugins. It's either that or from what I read - waiting many years and timing it right for coupons and sales to coincide to get certain plugins at prices less than roughly $75 each. The current U7 pricing is definitely another way to get a lot of plugins for cheap.

that SSL bundle for 99,- is really tempting.
Fortunatley I already have 2 good SSL mastering compressors. But back then it was on my list. I also own a lot of Unison preamps but the SSL is also a good one. Maybe with a 25,- coupon. Rather wanna have the EMT 250 Reverb.
