Is there a way for me to move my devices and hardware from one account to another? I have my Apollo and Satellite in two different acounts along with some plug-ins and I need everything under my GROUP 1 account. I created a ticket recently but the response from UA me they cannot help at this time. From what I understand, only UA can move devices and plug-ins across accounts.
MY TICKET 798510: Could you please move all of my plug-ins and devices from my System 2 account/subfolder to my Group 1 parent folder? That should solve the authorization issues that I’m having.
