When I am monitoring live input in REAPER, I typically use reverbs etc on an AUX track and disable PDC on just the AUX track.
This means my "dry" signal is not impacted by the latency of the reverb on the AUX send, which is extremly handy.
Some UAD plugins (both DSP and Native) introduce a fair amount of latency. For example Sound City Studios in "reverb" mode or the AKG BX 20.
I can run these in REAPER as "wet" effects using the method described above and still monitor my dry signal at as low as 64 samples (or I can moinitor it in Console and monitor *just* the wet FX in REAPER for even lower latency)
Is this possible in LUNA?
EDIT: PDC = Plugin Delay Compensation
