Cannot Come out of '' Core Audio ''

Since the latest update I cannot swap or come out of Core Audio - se

What UAD Hardware are you using specifically?

What is the current UAD Software version you have installed?

Which version is your operating system at?

I've seen this being reported a time or two. @klasaine I think has seen it?

Do a full uninstall/delete all prefs/reinstall

I’ve had it happen twice.
Quitting Luna, re-starting the Mac, and power cycling my Apollo and Satellite remedied it both times.
