Cannot purchase API Summing Native plugin

When trying to add to cart I get error message "You Need the Luna App to Purchase this product."

I have the free Luna app registered in my UA Connect.

Is this supposed to be only available for purchase for those who have the older paid version of Luna?

There is no older paid version of LUNA. But you used to only be able to get it if you owned an Apollo interface.
Maybe that restriction hasn’t been lifted on the extension yet. It is available in the LUNA Pro Bundle though.

Spend a little more and get the Luna Pro bundle. If you gel with LUNA you will want it eventually

Thanks. On the fence with the Luna Pro Bundle in its current configuration. I'm sensing it will eventually include Neve Summing as well as the full native versions of all the extensions only plugs like ATR-102. Waiting seems to make sense with the recent bundle reshuffling going on.

There seems to be some licensing issue with Neve so UA might not be able to sell it unless you have an Apollo even if they wanted too, so I wouldn’t bet on it. Also I don’t think the bundle with get any plug-ins added to it.

I purchased the Luna Pro Bundle, and the Neve Summing Plugin came up with a "Buy" option rather than an "Activate" option or an "Installed" status. It says that it is in "Demo Mode", with 9 days remaining. So I am currently able to use it.

However, I want to purchase it!!! But when I use the Luna app to do so, it silently takes me to my cart, and tells me that it is empty (which it is), and displays a red banner that says I have to purchase it using the Luna app. But I AM USING THE LUNA APP!!!

I have also tried purchasing it directly from UA's web site -- same behavior: it takes me to the cart which is still empty.

As far as licensing is concerned, I am currently using the "Demo" version with Luna, and it looks like it is going to expire in 9 days. So, do I have to wait for it to expire in order to purchase it? And if it does expire, what will happen to all of my mixes that are currently using it if I still cannot purchase it?

Do you have an Apollo? You can’t buy Neve Summing without owning an Apollo interface.

I'm not sure if you can buy it if you own a Satellite. It's sort of licensing issue with Neve that prevents UA from selling it to non-DSP users.

The demo is working because it's not using DSP but running natively off your CPU.

to take fully advantage of Lunas features you need to own an Apollo, satellites wont do it.

I purchased the Luna Pro package and using it native without UA hardware. Neve summing is not included as a paid plugin but available as a demo. Neve summing is working fine in native but it is about to expire and will not allow me to purchase because I don't have Apollo. Why is it working without it in demo? I have made a few mixes already and starting to depend on it. Is there a way to reset the demo until they figure out what the issue is to purchase it in native?
