Can't get any support for Native Helios Preamp & EQ Offer

Since I have UAD-2, I got an email with a link to a free download of native Helios® Type 69 Preamp & EQ. Problem is the link takes me to a page that's only for bundles - plus Helios isn't even listed as one of the available native plug-ins. I've tried submitting support tickets for the problem twice but haven't gotten any kind of confirmation of the submissions or a response. I've seen posts about this on a UAD Facebook group... appears to be 50/50 between folks who had no problem and those like me who can't get it to work at all. Don' get me wrong, the offer is great, but worthless if the the links and instructions on how to use them don't work. Any suggestions on how to get a fix to get to the right page to use it?

I never got confirmation so don't have a ticket # for either one. I filled out everything the chat bot gave me to fill out both times. Have never had this kind of problem trying to report a problem or get support before.
