Hey guys,
this has happened before, but for some reason it started working again. But now it's been like this for days.
So in short, my connection is not reaching my UA account, so my Native plugins are not recognised as "mine", BUT I can use them (with a blurred interface so no way of changing settings other than presets), I guess maybe because they are activated in iLok. I did not change anything, I've been in Luna for days and then one day I just can't log in. And as you can see in the photo, I can type anything in the log in box, it does not matter, it's not reaching UAs server. No time out, no message of problem. It's just spinning both in Luna and UA Connect.
I've tried a few things, but I have no idea. Is there a prefs file or something I can delete?
I saw UA support suggested someone to wipe their computer when they had problems with UA connect. I'm not gonna do that
