Windows Can't open downloaded session from UAD on Luna Windows

I downloaded a session from UAD Moon Taxi. Tried opening it on Luna Windows version.
Said can't open.
Why?

Be sure to report this via the Feedback mechanism in LUNA and include your logs.

It should open although the plugins will not load because they're not compatible.

Why won't it open plugins? Are they different from MAC to windows in UAD?

yes, LUNA uses Audio Units and LUNA for Windows uses VST3.

It should still open even if the plugins aren't there?

Sorry, but we just tested fresh in house and they both open here fine.

Maybe there will be something in the logs when the team looks at them?
