Can't pair Dream65 after firmware update

I did the update, update was successful. Lunched UA Control, (Android) pushed pair button on back of pedal. It will not pair no matter how many tries. I uninstalled and reinstalled app on phone several times same issue.

Sorry I may have posted to the wrong forum. I'm new still learning to navigate. I'll re post in support and troubleshoot

Is the UA control app up to date?
Full restart of phone?

Yes control app up to date and yes did a restart of phone.
Is there a way to roll back to the previous version on the pedal? Would a factory reset work ?

Be sure to get a ticket open with Support, they'll have things for you to try. Go to help.uaudio.com, click on the blue Support bot and type “create ticket”

Thanks Ron B. @ tech support. When I lost Bluetooth connectivity the pedal was still attached to the last setting, so I was able to still use the pedal. Fortunately it was the setting I needed to finish the project. I have reset pedal to factor settings and re registered. I have paired successfully several time with no issues. At this point I am good.
