Can't register Apollo

Hello, I've bought a used Apollo and it won't open the page to register, and it won't work with my authorize plugin button. Has anyone found a way to input the serial? I have opened a ticket days ago and am getting no response from UA. It seems the ticket number didn't spit anything out (image below)? I've opened another ticket #826723, please help I am in urgent need!

I had the same issue after I bought a used Twin X Quad. I'm trying to remember what I did to get past that point, but for the life of me I can't recall.

I do know that I eventually figured it out myself though.

Do you have pop-ups blocked on your browser by any chance?

And have you tried unplugging it from your computer and plugging it back in (while it's turned on)? Or rebooting your computer again?
 
I think I remember now....

I'm pretty sure after I went through the registration process I just went to uaudio.com and logged in to my account and left the page open. After that, when I hit "authorize" in the UA Meter & Control Panel, everything registered and I was good to go.

This is for sure worth a try. I believe I've seen other reports similar to this.
