Can't update to Console v1.0.1 on Windows 10

Basically, i'm having the exact same issue as when I try to download the LUNA beta for windows. It gets to 100%, and then it just resets the download. Already tried running as admin, but that didn't work. Also already went through the whole uninstall - reinstall process, still doesn't work. That, and one annoying thing being on the console app I use currently, the header says "UAMixerEngine" rather than just "Console". Anyone else have the same problem?
