cant use any of my plug ins any more!

When I try to load a plug in it just says disabled.

i assume you are using UAD-2 plugins and not the native UADx plugins.

have you tried re-authorising your plugins via the UAD Meter & Control Panel application

in the same app, how does your UAD-2 hardware devices look like? are they visible or missing?

Yes that's correct, all has been fine till now! here is a screen shot, I own all the plug ins but it says disabled... Just spent 3 hours updating UA software and I have the same problem in CONSOLE,, I can open the plug ins in Logic but not Console!

LATEST: All the plug ins work in Logic and Pro Tools. BUT NOT IN CONSOLE, the pre amp knobs wont work from the Apollo hardware eiither, even though the sihnal is going through to Logic and Pro Tools. and I can get no sound from the guitar or mic input

the meter app is showing my authorized plug ins all fine, UPDATE: I have just managed to open up a new Console session and everything is now working!!

Were you recalling a console session made with a different Apollo?

possibly yes, would that be the issue?

yes. Console sessions are saved "per device"

You can drag the plugins over from the old device to the new one within the recalled session.
