The 666€ from touched-by-sound on eBay are the cheapest I know, too, and I looked around a lot.

The 556,28 Euro from jrrshop is cheaper but you'll have to add shipping+toll+tax, so it depends mainly on the shipping costs.

500,65 Euro (when you get 10% discount) + shipping + toll fee + tax.

But even if you let out the shipping costs (that have to be added along with toll before tax) you get around 597 Euro. So it would be 597€ + shipping+tax what altogether will be very close to 666€.

BTW, @Eddie Macarthur, when did the uk leave europe? :D

thanks for the answers! So those ebay flexis are the cheapest!

I bought my second card from eric at jrr-shop. He does a good job. and is very cheap.
but with all the taxes, shipping and so on the difference wasn't so big, that it is worth it.
Think I'm going for those 666-cards  !

thanks,

The odd thing is that touched-by-sound has them on eBay for the 666€ but on their own online shop they are giving the highest price for project packs I've ever seen. Thomann is not that cheap either.

However, if you're looking for a project pack or a studio pack the cheapest dealer you'll find is cream-music in Frankfurt/Main.

when i bought mine from JRR the shipping was neglibile, the tax was very light too -

bearing in mind the price from the states 'cos the exchange rate is very low you really do get a great deal.

All in all I seem to remember paying around 30-40 quid tax/shipping.

Kind regards

I didn't mean to say jrrshop isn't offering a great deal.

In Germany you'll have to pay the card itself + shipping costs (I can't imagine shipping costs to be really that low btw) then add ~3% toll of price+shipping than add 16% tax of price+shipping+toll (btw with the exchange rate of German tax that's not the same as daily exchange rates).

I could be wrong with the 3% toll I checked the rate quite a long time ago for a different thing (but electronical stuff, too).

We've still got that 15% 'group' discount going on Flexi's. Shipping to Germany or most other parts of Western Europe is usually around $30. Computer products are supposed to be duty free going into the UK (so nice!) but I don't know how it works in Germany.

\"Computer products are supposed to be duty free going into the UK \"

unfortunately, UK customs don't seem to know this! sometimes they charge, others get lucky. i've never been lucky! and even if customs don't get you, sometimes the post office make a \"handling\" charge, so that you have to go to their depot to pick up the parcel. rip-off Britain we call it...

They are duty-free, they're just not tax-free. You still have to pay the 17,5% VAT.

Please note that in E.U. (25 countrys) computer products are duty free.
You still need to pay VAT, like 17,5% in Germany, 19% in Holland, 21% in Belgium etc. You also need to pay shipping costs.

When you pay duty in E.U. is wrong because computer products is duty free.
Please let me know if you have to pay duty.
There is Harmanised System (H.S) 6 digits for the world and with 8 digits in E.U.
If you want to know more information about duty etc.
Please let me know :D
